About the Process

Defining a Vision

This plan aims to create a collective vision for the role that the Arts and Culture will play in Downtown Warsaw by leveraging the existing foundation built by organizations and creators across. This plan will define a community-driven strategy for Arts and Culture for Downtown Warsaw.

Why Now?

The goal is to make Downtown a culturally/art focused, vibrant destination that has a strong and growing creative economy and will be the community’s living room and gathering space where people celebrate our history, culture and past accomplishments and nurture the creative and entrepreneurial spirit, artistic passions and makers and artisans as a bright future is built for Warsaw.

This planning process will help further define a vision, priorities and action plan that will guide future arts and placemaking investments in Downtown.
